Belmont Charter Network students celebrated Black History Month through creative showcases.  Belmont Charter School students and staff blew the audience away with their musical talents, dancing, poetry, a cosmetology hair show and more. Inquiry Charter School celebrated black history month by showcasing black authors, illustrators, and activists through their very own Black History Museum. Councilman at Large Candidate, Isaiah Thomas was the keynote speaker at Belmont Charter High School’s Black History Month celebration, and the students graced the audience with a fashion show, dance performances, choir selections and more.

To top off these fantastic performances and showcases, Mrs. Jacqueline Pochadt produced an excellent video of the Belmont Charter Network Family reciting the famous “ I Have a Dream” speech by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

We are extremely proud of all of our students and their effort to showcase their talents while celebrating Black History Month in various ways.
